At Turkish Properties 4 Sale we firmly believe in the value of making our customers happy by making sure that they feel the investment they are about to make is a sound one. How better to achieve this aim than to organise an inspection trip prior to making your mind up!

Our inspection trips are designed to help address all your key concerns. In addition, here is an offer we would like to make to our prospective purchasers. We will not only plan and arrange the whole journey for you but also refund the cost after you exchange on your new property! A bold promise we are happy to keep having made it!

Unlike other companies, our inspection trips can be added to your planned holiday in Turkey. In such cases, we would have to agree the portion of the cost we are prepared to fund and the time you are required to devote to the inspection trip in advance. Otherwise, as it is the case with other foreign property companies, these trips are organised as a business trip not a holiday. Our representatives will walk you through the whole process and walk you through the properties in addition to greeting you at the airport.

•    We will arrange all the inspection trip booking for you – simply discuss your requirements with us and we will do the rest.
•    You will then be contacted by our flight & tour consultants.
•    They will then discuss your travel requirements and then book up your flights and confirm the scheduling of your inspection trip.
•    Confirmation of trip is e-mailed to you

The inspection trips do vary in cost and are subsidised

There are direct flights to Antalya from many major UK airports including London airports (Stansted, Gatwick) and Manchester. In addition there are daily flights from Heathrow and Manchester via İstanbul. Getting to Antalya International Airport takes only 4 hours with direct flights from Gatwick, Stanstead and Manchester. From early spring to late autumn there are direct charter flights from most UK regional airports; Glasgow, Belfast, Bristol, Birmingham, Cardiff, Newcastle, East Midlands etc.

In addition to these British Airways has also direct flights from London Gatwick to Antalya on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

The new airport at Gazipasa –Alanya ( 1 hour east of Antalya) will be opening in the second half of 2008 is already having a positive impact on property prices on this part of the Mediterranean Coast.

TERMS OF INSPECTION TRIP OFFER:

1.    Inspection trip costs and trip refunds (where applicable) are based on the maximum stay of 3 nights. If a you wish to have an extended trip (for example, to view properties in more than one area), this can be arranged prior to and subject to individual agreement. Any additional night’s accommodation or internal flights between resorts will be an additional charge.
2.    We do not encourage children to accompany you on an inspection trip but where they do travel, children will be charged at the normal rates.
3.    If you arrange your own flights or accommodation this does not constitute an inspection trip. In these circumstances please contact us to discuss individual terms for an appointment to view.
4.    Whilst we endeavour to publish accurate flight details and trip costs, all prices quoted are subject to change and we can accept no liability as a consequence of any changes, errors or omissions. All clients will however have costs and flight times confirmed to them before payment is taken. Flight times after booking however could still be subject to change.
5.    It is your responsibility to arrange your own travel insurance. If you have to cancel the trip no refund will be payable you clients should refer to your travel insurer to make any appropriate claim.
6.    Hotels are allocated on arrival and will be a minimum standard of 3 star or equivalent.
7.    In the unlikely event that you cannot be toured individually we will ensure that you are matched with clients who are looking for similar properties.
8.    At certain times, some of our suppliers may offer special refunds on inspection trips where a client buys a property on the trip. When you are on a trip that qualifies for a refund after purchase, you will be paid after you have signed a preliminary contract and paid your deposit. Refunds are only payable on certain official inspection trips.

THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY:
•    A refund is for a maximum of one trip refund per individual property purchased to an absolute maximum of £350 per individual property purchased.
•    Only one refund is available per travelling purchaser.
•    The refund relates only to the amount paid towards cost of flights and the nightly “per person” rate quoted above.
